趙漢文先生是註冊社工，社福界經驗超過30年，現為浸信會愛羣社會服務處總幹事。

趙先生在精神健康服務、職業復康、企業社會責任界別協作和扶貧方面，均具豐富經驗。多年來，他在浸信會愛羣社會服務處推動內部創新，以及創新社會服務與介入模式，在各項目中與社區不同界別的持份者合作，建立並發展合作平台。

趙先生現出任香港社會服務聯會執行委員會會員、香港城市大學社會及行為科學系、香港浸會大學社會工作學系及職業訓練局擔任諮詢委員會委員。他亦現為勞福局康復諮詢委員會就業工作小組委員。

趙先生在取得社會工作學士和工商管理碩士學位後，於香港大學社會工作及社會行政學系先後取得精神健康與及非營利管理碩士學位。此外，也於2015年在哈佛商學院修畢行政人員深造課程。
 

Mr Raymond Chiu Han-man is a Registered Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in social welfare sector, and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service. 

Mr. Chiu has intensive experience in Mental Health Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, CSR business collaboration, and Poverty Alleviation. Over the years, he has promoted intrapreneurship, innovative social services and intervention approaches within Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service. Through his initiatives, Mr. Chiu has partnered with stakeholders from various sectors in the community to establish and develop collaboration platforms.

Mr. Chiu serves as an Executive Committee Member of HKCSS, Advisory Committee Member of Department of Social and Behavioural Sciences at the City University of Hong Kong, Department of Social Work at Hong Kong Baptist University and Vocational Training Council. He is currently a member of the employment group Members of the Rehabilitation Advisory Committee Sub-committee on Employment of the Labour and Welfare Bureau. 

Mr. Chiu acquired his Master Degree in Mental Health and Non-profit Management in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of the University of Hong Kong after finishing his Bachelor degree of Social Work and Master of Business Administration. He also completed the Executive Education Program in Harvard Business School in 2015.
