蕭穎女士
浸信會愛羣社會服務處
長者綜合服務 服務總監
蕭穎女士現時為浸信會愛羣社會服務處長者綜合服務的服務總監，她自1997年加入社會服務行業，參與機構長者服務營運管理及發展工作超過25年經驗。期間擔任不同團體的委員，積極推動社區安老及照顧者服務。蕭女士同時兼任「照顧者易達平台」召集人，平台由關注照顧者的組織自發組成，旨在推動社會各界人士肯定和尊重照顧者的付出和身份，並為照顧者提供一站式便捷資訊、社區優惠和進深服務，藉著邀請跨界別的支持伙伴，集結多元化的社區資源，攜手共建照顧者友善的社會。

Louis 在2018年加入黑暗中對話（香港）基金會，曾先後擔任 iCorp 服務總監及業務發展及項目規劃管理部主管。Louis 致力在商界推廣共融工作間，鼓勵僱主接納多元人才進入主流社會工作，發揮所長。直至2023年，Louis 出任基金會之行政總裁，憑藉逾十年非牟利機構管理經驗，繼續帶領基金會推動社會共融理念，為基金會注入新思維。
Louis 在香港和亞洲地區擁有超過20年的人事管理及培訓經驗，在加入黑暗中對話前，曾為多間國際大型企業舉辦銷售培訓和管理研討會。他亦曾為多間學校及社會服務機構，提供專業親子教育課程及輔導服務，協助家庭建立健康的關係。
Louis 於香港大學分別取得工商管理學學士學位及輔導學社會科學碩士學位，同為香港棍網球協會的創始人，曾在2006年和2010年世界錦標賽中擔任總教練。
Louis joined Dialogue In The Dark (HK) Foundation in 2018 as iCorp Solution Director and Head of Business Development and Program Management respectively, leading the team promoting Inclusive Workplace and supporting mainstream PoDs* employment. In 2023, Louis has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation. With his more than 10 years of Non-Government Organization experience, much of which has been within the mission of inclusive contexts, Louis has been leading to promote social inclusion, bringing creativity and new inspiration to the Foundation.
Louis has over 20 years of people management experience in Hong Kong and Asia region. Prior to joining Dialogue in the Dark, Louis conducted different sales development and management workshops for multinational enterprises. He also specializes in providing professional parenting courses and consultation services to schools and NGOs.
Louis obtained Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Social Science in Counselling in the University of Hong Kong. He is the Founder of the Hong Kong Lacrosse Association and as a Head Coach in 2006 and 2010 World Championships.

陳潔華女士
西貢區社區中心 助理總幹事
陳潔華女士畢業於香港理工大學社會工作文學士，及香港中文大學醫學院老年學及晚年照顧碩士。陳女士具有16年註冊社工經驗，曾服務於大型及小型機構，包括津助安老院、自負盈虧日間護理中心、認知障礙症服務及社區照顧服務。陳女士近年積極研究創新服務手法，並致力推動鄉郊社區資本建立、及鄉郊社區照顧、基層醫療服務的有效性。
陳女士帶領團隊推行<西貢鄉郊社區視象診症及藥物指導試驗計劃> ，獲得2021年度社聯卓越社會服務獎、服務模式獎（創新意念）、及服務模式獎（實證為本）。
姚鳳女士
九龍城浸信會社會服務處 督導主任
姚鳳姑娘，1991年畢業於香港珠海書院社工系學士及1997年畢業於香港城市大學社工系文憑。她曾於1997年榮獲香港城市大學社工系「傑出社工學生獎」及第十三屆全港優秀社工選舉中「最感人故事獎」得主。2011年獲民政事務局頒發嘉許狀。沙維雅專業輔導員、大埔南區第三十七旅旅務委員會主席、性格型態導師、註冊賭博輔導員、NLP執行師、催眠治療師、MBTI培訓師、CDCP認知障礙症照顧策劃師、曾任香港浸信會神學院講師及澳門播道會成人教育中心翱翔加油站輔導員。
資深家庭輔導員、現任九龍城浸信會社會服務處督導主任、播道會天泉堂會友、現於伯特利神學院修讀基督教婚姻及家庭治療碩士。
廖珮珊女士
香港婦女中心協會 總幹事
廖珮珊女士自2009年10月起擔任香港婦女中心協會（簡稱「婦女中心」）總幹事一職，多年來致力推動弱勢婦女的權益。自她任職婦女中心後，機構發佈了涵蓋多項議題的調查報告，例如於新冠疫情期間照顧者的壓力及家庭暴力惡化之現象、照顧者的抑鬱狀況及睡眠質素欠佳、社區託兒服務不足對基層婦女發展的限制、離婚婦女追討贍養費的困難等。此外，婦女中心亦就婦女處境多次向聯合國婦女地位委員會、北京+25的亞太地區檢討會議、及消除對婦女歧視委員會提交意見。
廖珮珊女士現為香港中文大學香港亞太研究所性別研究中心執行委員會成員、嶺南大學比較社會政策（國際）社會科學碩士課程諮詢委員會成員、及香港社會服務聯會政策研究及倡議常設委員會委員。
Ms Sisi LIU has been the Director of Hong Kong Federation of Women’s Centres (Women’s Centres) since October 2009. She has devoted years of work to promoting the rights and interest of disadvantaged women in Hong Kong. Under her directorship, Women’s Centres has published surveys on various topics such as the alarming stress shouldered by carers and the surge in domestic violence amid COVID-19, depression and poor sleep quality for carers, inadequate childcare service as a hindrance to the development of grassroots women, difficulties of divorced women in making outstanding maintenance claims; and submitted a series of policy recommendations to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, the Asia-Pacific regional review of Beijing+25 and during the review of the government at the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women.
Sisi is currently an Executive Committee member of the Gender Research Centre of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, member of the Advisory Board for Master of Social Sciences in Comparative Social Policy (International) of Lingnan University, and member of the Standing Committee on Policy Research and Advocacy of The Hong Kong Council of Social Service.

吳健文先生為大埔浸信會社會服務處總幹事，同時為香港大學社會工作及社會行政學系、香港教育大學幼兒及教育學系、香港浸信會專業書院、香港浸信會神學院客席講師。擁有多年兒童及家庭、特殊教育需要服務、學校社會工作服務經驗。吳先生多年來積極關注SEN兒童照顧者的需要，在疫情期間與業界分享如何支援照顧者、推動學校家長教育注入支援照顧者元素、推動照顧者Slash、設立SEN照顧者會所。現時吳先生為照顧者易達平台第二召集人、社會福利署大埔及北區齊撐照顧者行動召集人。
Mr. Ng Kin Man is the Director of Tai Po Baptist Church Social Service. He is also a guest lecturer of the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of the University of Hong Kong, the Department of Early Childhood Education of the Education University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary and the Academy of The Baptist Convention of Hong Kong.
He has many years of experience in children and families, special educational needs services and school social work services. Mr. Ng has actively paid attention to the needs of SEN child carers for many years. During the Covid-19, he shared with the social welfare service units how to support carers, promoted parent education in schools to inject elements of support for carers, promoted carers to be the Slashers and established SEN carers clubs.
Currently, Mr. Ng is the second convener of the CAREREPS and the convener of the Tai Po and North District Support Caregiver Action of the Social Welfare Department.
陳碩暉先生
和悅社會企業 董事
陳碩暉先生現為和悅社會企業董事，此機構是一所致力提高本地長者生活質素、推動優質銀髮服務的慈善機構，讓居家安老的長者可以在家中安享晚年，在社區樂活人生。他熱心且積極參與本地慈善事務，現亦任樂行基金執行董事、新生精神康復會人力資源小組委員會成員、香港頤年慈善基金網絡督導委員會成員。
陳碩暉先生致力以社企營運模式推動香港安老服務創新，並鼓勵年青一代投身安老行業發揮所長。此外，他亦熱衷於推動建立以護老者為本的政策及提升社會大眾對護老者身份的認同。而跨界別、跨領域和跨學科的背景為他帶來嶄新的視角，以應對人口老化所帶來的機遇和挑戰。
陳穎兒女士
仁愛堂社會服務科 社會服務經理
陳穎兒女士為香港中文大學社會工作碩士，現為國立成功大學博士候選人；現職仁愛堂社會服務經理。
陳女士曾於多間慈善機構及大專院校從事督導管理及教育工作。在加入仁愛堂前，她於嶺南大學擔任講師，並負責多項服務研習及社區研究計劃，更促進本地及海外跨院校合作，為學生提供參與社區服務的機會。在她帶領下的服務硏習計劃，令嶺大於2018年取得社區投資共享基金(CIIF)社會資本動力獎–社會資本卓越夥伴獎(企業組別)及社會資本動力(SCB)標誌獎的佳績。
陳女士關注社區安老及照顧者精神健康，她期望結合社區、院校及不同界別的力量，繼續推動優質社區支援服務發展。

陳佩青姑娘為註冊社工，持有香港理工大學管理學理學碩士（公營機構管理）。過去二十多年，陳姑娘從事長者服務，當中包括：個案管理工作，並指導單位為體弱長者提供生命教育計劃及護老者支援服務。現時陳姑娘負責管理基督教香港祟真會轄下的長者社區照顧及安老院舍照顧服務。
Eva CHAN is a registered social worker and holds a MSc in Management (Public Sector Management) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. For more than twenty years, she has been engaged in the provision of elderly services including case management, the end-of-life care project and carer programs for the frail elders. Currently, Ms Chan is responsible for supervising both community and residential care services for the Elderly Service Division at The Tsung Tsin Mission of Hong Kong Social Service.
